The Julia Child of Puerto Rico I recently did some portraits for El Nuevo Dìa of Restaurant Mio’s new head chef Giovanna Huyke. Known as the “Julia Child of Puerto Rico,” she is most famous for her television shows La Cocina de Giovanna and En Casa con Giovanna and has appeared on Good Morning America, Burt Wolf and Martha Stewart. Giovanna believes that anyone can become a good cook.
